The second Park City community-wide meeting on the impact of climate change on the local environment and economy was held on September 30, 2009.  Here's the updated Park City Climate Change Study (2.7Mb PDF) that was presented at the meeting. In addition, read a white paper on Global Cooling, written by the same consulting group that did the Park City Climate Change Assessment.

In 2006 Powdr commissioned the first-ever comprehensive scientific study of the effects of global warming on the climate of Park City Mountain Resort and the community of Park City, Utah.  On January 9, 2007 results of this study were presented to the surrounding community, where an astounding 1,500 people attended.
